Welcome to Cassie’s Happiness, Health and Fitness Blog

This is my first post on a new blog page. I decided to give it a try after hearing about weight loss blogs on a Fit 2 Fat podcast. I thought this might be a good way to get me back on the fitness track. Not sure what direction I want this blog to go in, but I will think of it as a journey. I think it might be best to set some goals. As I have heard often if you don’t have a plan, then you have a plan to fail or something along those lines.  So I will work on those and post those later.  So welcome! More to come.
